Fees and Insurance
Our hourly, out of pocket rate is $125/hour. Different therapists accept different insurances and are in the process of changing them, so please check by texting 801-651-3907. Please review first appointment checklist.
There is a $100 no show policy (which includes cancellations up to 2 hours prior to session), and a $50 same day cancellation.
We expect you to know your copay/deductible, and to authorize us to have a credit card on file and to set copay/payment to auto pay.
